Review: I feel like this works just like any other tampon. Yes it does make you leak, just a tiny bit. I had like 3 spots on my panty-liner. I recommend wearing a panty-liner whenever you are wearing a tampon to prevent stains. Yes I love that this tampon is free from dye, fragrances, and chlorine bleaching. I am becoming more health conscious from what I am putting into/onto my body that I am searching for organic products to use and I am glad I found these!
