This is e.l.f. Matte Lip Color in Wine. It's a great product for being only $3!! It is a red wine color.
It doesn't dry matte. It doesn't last all day. If you're eating/drinking, it will fade so you will need to reapply. It glides on the lips smoothly! It is very pigmented. At the end of the product where the red is, you can pull it off and it is a sharpener. If you want a pointy tip you can sharpen the product if you want. Overall I am happy with this lip product!
